Transformation Therapy combines body psychotherapy, interactive discussion, self-release techniques, energetic healing, and spirituality. The synthesis of these modalities establish a free flow of energy throughout the body, breaking up energetic blocks in order for clients to achieve a tangible physical and emotional awareness and an integration of physical, mental, emotional and energetic aspects.

Transformation Therapy’s experiential toolbox also includes breathing techniques and body awareness exercises that the client can utilize as needed to maintain emotional health as well as to manage personal crises. Clients use these tools to move from anxiety and negative thinking to grounded action and deep inner calm. They take charge of their lives and make long-lasting changes in a short period of time.

INITIAL SESSIONS explore the events leading to the client’s current desire for change. Using transformation therapy techniques, clients gain a deeper understanding of:

  • how body sensations and negative self-talk create an unconscious inner conversation that begins at birth and affects behavior throughout life;
  • how this inner conversation and other unconscious processes relate to anxiety and the existing challenges being experienced by the client;
  • how the family into which the client was born and those relationships impact the current situation.

This understanding enables the client to make life-transforming changes that involve shifts in perception and reaction to the challenges they experience.

Once psychological issues are addressed and energy is flowing freely in the body, clients often experience a feeling of oneness and completion, a greater connection to their core selves and to that which is greater than themselves.
